ClickOn Smart Access App Transition
ClickOn has acknowledged the challenges experienced during the transition to the ClickOn Smart Access App and has issued an apology to customers. Based on user feedback, several improvements have already been made to enhance login speed, access code requests, bookings, authentication options, and overall app stability. Residents are encouraged to update the app as the latest version is available, to benefit from these enhancements. Estate Management will continue to monitor progress and remain in communication with ClickOn.

Residents are reminded of a recent High Court ruling confirming that comments made in WhatsApp groups, even private estate groups, can amount to publication for defamation purposes. False or harmful allegations may result in serious legal consequences, including court interdicts and legal costs. Please raise concerns responsibly through the official HOA channels and avoid posting unverified claims or personal accusations online.

One garden of the month features neatly trimmed Duranta ‘Sheena’s Gold’, pink roses, and indigenous lavender trees, creating a calm, colourful and shaded space.
